PARAMOUNT COFFEE PROJECT

THE FOUNDERS

Paramount Coffee Project was established as a collaboration between Jin Ng of Paramount House, Mark Dundon of Seven Seeds and Russell Beard of Reuben Hills. Opening in Surry Hills, Sydney in 2013, together they envisaged a space which would showcase high quality coffee with an unbiased approach. PCP values transparent sourcing and cultivating relationships between producers, roasters and brewers. In 2015, PCP LA opened its doors in Fairfax West Hollywood, expanding their LA presence soon after to the Downtown establishment.

THE COFFEE

PCP’s coffee menu features local and international roasters on a rotational basis. All the coffees we select for our menu are chosen in blind cuppings for their cup quality and flavour. We also regularly feature our own roasted coffee, transparently sourced through our relationships with importers and producers.

THE FOOD 

Our kitchen boasts a seasonal breakfast and lunch menu that showcases local produce and products.
